Located in small town of Nagothane in Raigad district, Sheth Shri Otarmal Sheshmal Parmar Polytechnic (SSOSP) is a premier institute if engineering and technology in Konkan region of Maharashtra. Established in 2009, SSOSP has made tremendous progress in improvement of quality of education in the rural region and has become a leading engineering institute in the region.We endeavour to make our students competitive and ready to face the challenges in the field of engineering and technology where there are tremendous advancements by every passing day.With the objective of imparting best education to students Mr. Kishor O. Jain (Parmar), Founder, Chairman of Bhartiya Education/Social Charitable Trust laid the first milestone of this Trust by starting an English Medium School in 1996. The school was merely started in rented premises. It was then that Sheth Shri Otarmal Sheshmal Parmar gave away his own land at Velshet to Bhartiya Education Society, for a moral cause.After this English Medium School, he established a Pharmacy College, then D. Ed. College, Industrial Safety Institute and now a Diploma Engineering (Polytechnic). This graph is ever growing, and definitely will achieve newer heights in the future. S.S.O.S.P.
